Buy a ticket to our third mini-conference on the 20th of June, 2026 in Sofia. Hosted at Kitchen59, with a scenic rooftop and conference area, this event will feature lectures and panel discussions on topics related to Leadership and Entrepreneurship in Marketing.

All guests will be catered for with drinks and food throughout the event, will enjoy incredible networking opportunities with local and international marketers, and will receive a gift from our new Community Swag bag and gifts from our event partners.

This is the longest and most knowledge-packed event we’ve organised to date. We’re intentionally keeping the seats limited to 70 to allow for in-depth conversations and quality networking on the day.

The closing cocktail party takes place at Rooftop59 — an open-air rooftop bar with a 360° view of Sofia and Vitosha mountain, complete with a pool, seasonal cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it one of the most beloved spots in the city.

Who is this event for?

Marketers, founders, agency leaders, and business builders who want practical, real-world insights — not theory. Whether you’re building a team, thinking about starting a business, scaling one, navigating the agency world, or simply trying to stay ahead in a fast-changing industry, this event was built for you. In-person tickets are for women only, in line with the values of our women-led community. Recording tickets are open to all genders.

What language is the event in?

All sessions, panels, and the interview will be conducted in English. We also encourage attendees to network in English throughout the day, to make the experience more inclusive for our international guests.

Do you offer recordings?

Yes. In-person ticket holders receive video recordings of every session by email after the event. We also sell a separate recording-only ticket — open to anyone, regardless of gender or location — for people who can’t make it to Sofia or want to revisit the content on their own time.

Can I bring a +1?

Each ticket admits one person. With only 70 in-person seats, your guest will need their own ticket — please grab one for them while spots are still available. (Reminder: in-person tickets are for women only; if your +1 isn’t eligible for an in-person seat, a recording ticket is open to anyone.)

What’s your refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds, but we’ll always try to find a fair alternative if something comes up. If you can’t make it in person, we can either transfer your ticket to a future Women in Marketing – Bulgaria event of equivalent value, or convert it into a recording ticket so you can still access all the content. Just email us as early as possible at team@womeninmarketing.bg.

Can I get a company invoice?

Yes — we’re happy to issue a company invoice. Simply add your company details (legal name, address, VAT/EIK number, and any other information your accounting team needs) in the customer notes field at checkout, and we’ll prepare the invoice for you.
