Denitsa Kostova is Group CMO at Ocean Investments, a Sofia-based investment group with companies in security, cyber, health, real estate and business services. She joined as the first marketing hire and built the function into a team of 15. Today she leads the Market pillar of Ocean Evolution, the group’s transformation into a decentralized entrepreneurial ecosystem, where she teaches teams to build products and brands by starting with the customer. In 2026 she was Highly Commended for The Changemaker Award at the first Women in Marketing CEE Awards. She writes about market-driven marketing and building with AI on her Substack, Real>Perfect.
