Description
On the 25th of November, Women in Marketing – Bulgaria will host our seventh community networking dinner — an intimate in-person evening in Plovdiv on the theme of customer-centric marketing.
Three speakers share short talks on building with the customer from day one, turning customers into a community that belongs to your brand, and what clients are really paying for. Come for the warm table talk; leave with fresh perspective and a stronger network.
The dinner will take place on the 25th of November (Wed) from 19:00 to 23:00 in Plovdiv. We start with appetisers, drinks and a quick round-the-room from 19:00, the talks run from 20:00 to 21:00, and we continue with dinner and drinks afterwards. Our intimate group of 20 will enjoy a private setting to connect, exchange ideas, and share the realities of our work.

““Вальо” (Value) Is Hiding in Your Customer Conversations. Have You Met Him?”
Your customers already told you why they buy from you — somewhere between the complaint and the small talk, and nobody wrote it down. Denitsa calls that hidden reason “Вальо” (Value). She shares the story of how a company of 3,000 people went digging for him, what they found, and why the search is becoming the real job of marketing.
The takeaway: you’ll leave knowing where to look for your own Вальо.

“Brand as a Customer Community: Customer-Centric Brand Building”
A brand is more than a visual identity, a product or a message — it’s a culture you create and share with others. Drawing on 14 years of brand building, Nadya traces how our understanding of branding has evolved to reflect something much older than marketing: our human need to connect and belong. She explores how businesses can grow alongside their customers by creating a sense of belonging that goes beyond transactions — and what the people behind brands can actually do to put this into practice.
The takeaway: strong brands aren’t built through marketing alone, but through shared values, meaningful relationships and a culture people want to be part of.

“The Price of Relief: What Clients Actually Pay For in an Era of Commodities”
When we set our prices, we instinctively count our hours, list our tools and itemise every step — yet in a market flooded with AI features and data dashboards, technology has become a commodity. Julika explores three shifts behind value-based pricing: charging for the clarity to interpret data rather than the data itself, designing a service that takes weight off the client instead of adding to their week, and matching your price to the risk you absorb rather than your fear of rejection.
The takeaway: clients don’t pay for your hours — they pay for cognitive relief, certainty and peace of mind.
