Mariyana Nenova is the founder of AD VISION, a marketing agency she built entirely from the ground up. She came to marketing seven years ago, leaving a Medicine degree that never felt like hers to follow work that did. After several marketing courses and more than fifty job applications that led nowhere, she made her own way in — freelancing, building her name from scratch, and earning every positive client review the hard way.
That determination grew into an agency with a team of four. Along the way she learned — sometimes the hard way — how much of client work comes down to boundaries, communication and the soft skills that keep relationships strong. She shares that hands-on, no-shortcuts perspective with the community both in her talks and through the content she creates.
