About Vanya Kandova
Vanya Kandova is the Managing Director and founder of Dynamic Talent Management—a company focused on organizational growth and people development. A certified coach under ICF (International Coaching Federation) standards, she works with leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs to build inner resilience and achieve meaningful results.
For nine consecutive seasons she has been a mentor in the Mentor the Young program, where she helps young people find their direction, and she is part of DEA Accelerate as a mentor to women entrepreneurs.
Vanya believes that everyone can be a “leader in motion”—a person with an inner compass and the courage to follow their path, even in the most dynamic environment. With her experience, practicality, and the ability to see potential where others see limitations, she turns her sessions into vibrant spaces for awareness and inspiration.
