Dr. Julika Novkova, PhD invites you to discuss burnout not as an inevitable price of success, but as the result of a system of choices we make every day. She will explore how our professional roles consume other parts of ourselves, how to recognize the warning signs before it’s too late, and most importantly – how to regain control through five concrete steps. Because burnout isn’t a sign of weakness, but an invitation to reassess our priorities and return to ourselves. She works with women founders and leaders who think strategies and execute them simultaneously – and sees how the professional role gradually consumes everything else until nothing remains for the person themselves. In her presentation, ‘Burnout: From Helplessness to Choice’ , she’ll talk about burnout through the lens of personal choice – not as something that ‘happens to us’, but as a pattern we create ourselves with thousands of small decisions. And most importantly – how to break it before it destroys what we’ve built.
