About this event
This will be the longest and most knowledge-packed event we are organising to date. We’re intentionally keeping the seats limited to 70 to allow for in-depth conversations and quality networking on the day.
This is a full-day gathering designed for marketers, founders, and business leaders who want more than slide decks and surface-level advice. Whether you’re building a team, thinking about starting a business, or scaling one, navigating the agency world, or simply trying to stay ahead in a fast-changing industry — this event was built for you.
Over the course of the day, you’ll hear from a carefully curated lineup of marketing leaders, agency veterans, entrepreneurs, community builders, and brand strategists — each bringing a distinct perspective shaped by real-world experience. These are practitioners, not theorists.
The lectures dive into the topics shaping modern marketing leadership: like winning at managing team dynamics, and what it actually takes to build influence without authority as a leader, or managing a cross-boundary team. Expect candid, practical sessions designed to challenge assumptions and give you tools you can use immediately.
The panels bring together voices from across the industry — agency professionals, founders, and community leaders — for honest, unscripted conversations about thriving in agency environments, starting a business as a marketer, and how community can become one of the most powerful levers in your marketing strategy.
The interviews (a new format we’re introducing just for this event) will go one-on-one with senior marketing executives, offering a rare look at how marketing is practised at scale inside major organisations — the decisions, the trade-offs, and the lessons that don’t usually make it into conference talks.
Beyond the programme itself, the event is designed with connection in mind. From the morning coffee to the closing rooftop cocktail party, there’s ample space to meet peers, swap ideas, and build relationships that last well beyond the day itself.
Rough Event Schedule – the day at a glance
Doors open at 9:30 with coffee, pastries, and early networking before the programme kicks off. The morning is dedicated to four lectures running from 10:30 to noon, followed by a lunch and networking break giving you a full hour to connect with fellow attendees.
The afternoon continues with three panel discussions from 1:00 to 2:30, then a short refreshments break before wrapping up with two live interviews from 3:00 to 4:00.
From 4:00 onward, the day transitions to the rooftop cocktail party and networking session, before a formal farewell closes the event at 6:00 PM.
