In the second\, Petya Terzieva deconstructs the performance of a modern marketing department—what to measure\, how to spot waste\, and where to invest for real impact. Come for the warm table talk; leave with a crisp personal action plan and a sharper marketing scorecard. \n\n\n\nThe dinner will take place on the 16th of October (Thu) from 19:00 to 23:00 at the esteemed restaurant Saborna 23. She brings 20+ years of professional experience and a people-first philosophy to every engagement\, blending classic HR with coaching methods to unlock individual and team potential.
