SUMMARY:Networking Dinner #004 - A better you: Conquer burnout and boundary setting
DESCRIPTION:Secure a seat at the table\n\n\n\nLearn and network with a premium community \n\n\n\n\n\n\nGrab your ticket\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOn the 26th of February\, Women in Marketing – Bulgaria will host an intimate in-person event in Sofia – a networking dinner with two guest speakers on the topics of burnout prevention and financial empowerment. \n\n\n\nJoin us for an intimate networking dinner where we reclaim both our energy and our agency. In the first talk\, Dr. Julika Novkova guides us through burnout as a system of daily choices—how to recognize the warning signs before it’s too late and reclaim control through five concrete steps. In the second\, Victoria Chervenkova reveals the power of saying “no”—how conscious refusal becomes your strongest tool for financial freedom\, clarity\, and inner stability. Come for the warm table talk; leave with tools to protect your well-being and strengthen your relationship with money. \n\n\n\nThe dinner will take place on the 26th of February (Thu) from 19:00 to 22:30 at Vino&Tapas Sofia. Our intimate group of 15 will enjoy a private setting where we can connect\, exchange ideas\, and be inspired by the transformative insights of both speakers \n\n\n\nAbout the speakers and lectures\n\n\n\n\nDr. Julika Novkova\, PhD is a business psychologist\, founder of Juls’ Psychology\, and a visionary who helps leaders find personal meaning through their work without losing themselves. She combines over 15 years of experience in business psychology with innovative meta-models for decision-making. Julika specializes in transforming “powerlessness and lack of control” into opportunities for growth through personalized tools for self-empowerment and self-structuring. She is the creator of the InnovaCeption model and believes that the most important resource for success is YOU – working to help leaders burn with passion for their ideas without burning out in their work. \n\n\n\nJulika invites you to discuss burnout not as an inevitable price of success\, but as the result of a system of choices we make every day. She will explore how our professional roles consume other parts of ourselves\, how to recognize the warning signs before it’s too late\, and most importantly – how to regain control through five concrete steps. Because burnout isn’t a sign of weakness\, but an invitation to reassess our priorities and return to ourselves. She works with women founders and leaders who think strategies and execute them simultaneously – and sees how the professional role gradually consumes everything else until nothing remains for the person themselves. In her presentation\, ‘Burnout: From Helplessness to Choice’ \, she’ll talk about burnout through the lens of personal choice – not as something that ‘happens to us’\, but as a pattern we create ourselves with thousands of small decisions. And most importantly – how to break it before it destroys what we’ve built. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWith over 20 years of experience in Marketing and entrepreneurship\, Victoria Chervenkova is an example of successful career change toward a path that more fully aligns with personal values and interests. Today she is an author of books and journals on personal finance for women\, a Certified Holistic Financial Planning Coach\, creator of a community on the Skool platform\, as well as a mentor – with her main focus being to help women build a conscious and confident relationship with their money. \n\n\n\nCombining expert financial strategies with ancient feminine wisdom and the psychology of money\, Victoria teaches women how to make decisions that are in sync with their values – without guilt\, without fear\, and without self-sabotage. In her presentation ‘The Power of saying ‘NO’ to unlock financial opportunities’\, she will show us that a timely and conscious refusal can be the most powerful tool for financial freedom\, clarity\, and inner stability. \n\n\n\n\nEvent Schedule\n\n\n\nWe’ll be expecting our guests at 19\, no later than 19:15. \n\n\n\nWe’ll be served drinks\, appetisers\, and starters until 20:00\, while each guest gets the chance to introduce themselves to the group. \n\n\n\nThen the two lectures will start\, each lasting about 20 minutes\, followed by a short Q&A. \n\n\n\nAfter the discussions from our lecturers\, we’ll continue dining with the main course and dessert\, before wrapping up the event at 22:30. \n\n\nTime Networking Dinner #4 – Sofia 20:00Burnout: From Helplessness to ChoiceDr. Julika Novkova\, PhD invites you to discuss burnout not as an inevitable price of success\, but as the result of a system of choices we make every day.
