Avenara is a video optimization and strategy consultancy that helps creators, businesses, and personal brands grow on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and beyond. Avenara’s focus is on turning creative content into measurable results — ensuring videos are not just well-made, but also discoverable, prepared for the search engines, and aligned with strategic growth. As the CEO and Founder, my role is to bridge the gap between creators and the algorithm so their content can thrive. I have a background in Psychology, event management, marketing, and video SEO. My passion for video optimization began years ago, and persisted during my years at one of Europe’s leading SEO agencies, where I saw the real impact of strategy-driven content – but also noticed that no one was focusing solely on Video SEO. So, I created a place that does.

MLforSEO (MLforMarketing) is an AI/ML training platform for marketers. Our aim is to make AI/ML accessible, practical, and scalable for absolute beginners and non-technical marketers. We achieve this goal by providing templates, scripts, processes, as well as by developing self-paced courses that professionals can take to learn AI-enabled automation. To date, our community is home to more than 400 marketers, with dozens taking our courses. Our mission in our next stage of growth is capitalising on the momentum AI has generated in the marketing space, and amplifying the work of lead educators and creators in the field. We aim to launch a subscription-based academy in 2025 and grow our community of learners.

Together with my partners Diana Racheva and Aneliya Manolova, we are three professional, certified coaches, active members of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Chapters Bulgaria & Germany, who follow the best coaching practices and the ICF Code of Ethics. When our paths crossed, we realized that each of us carries a unique combination of knowledge, experience, and personal style, shaped over time. And when we bring these together, something greater emerges – something more than the sum of its parts. Born from the belief that together we can achieve more, and from the desire to bring meaning, clarity, and humanity into the world around us, Courageous Coaches came to life. We are building a platform that connects individuals, teams, and organisations with certified coaches and tailored learning experiences.
Our goal is to make professional coaching accessible, personalized, and impactful. Our team of passionate certified coaches works with clients across Bulgaria and Europe, creating transformation through connection and courageous dialogue.
